Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

b. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated during checkout based on the destination and the weight of the item.

2. Return Policy


a. Merchandise Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from RadheRani Welfare Foundation, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.

c. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item was received in a damaged or defective condition.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, orders will follow the return policy.
Donations and memberships are non-cancellable as they are processed immediately.

c. Recurring Donations/Memberships
Recurring donations or memberships can be canceled at any time by contacting our support team at info@radherani.org or through your online account. Please note that any payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
